Cross a Cheerleader, Fear Your World

Hell hath no fury like a cheerleader whose pom-poms have been knotted and sullied. Such is the case with Casey Serin's former cheerleaders, who have turned against him with more venom and vigor than any so-called "hater" could ever muster.

First, there were Nigel Swaby's attempts to slough off Casey Serin and make nice with the critics, who saw through his antics as just another attempt to whore for attention and drive traffic to his multiple blog drivel. He straddled the fence between the two camps, eventually switching back to Team Casey, only to recently be publicly disparaged by the Boy Wonder.

Things were quiet along the western front, until a strong wind blew in from the south. Duane LeGate was the next to go public, refuting Casey Serin's troll on the "I Am Facing Foreclosure" site that he was (pout) thinking about shutting down the blog.

Duane offered a great deal of insight into his role with Casey--and what he demanded in return. One of the few strangers to approach Casey Serin without an outstanding agenda of his own, Duane LeGate demanded that Casey start to live up to his adult responsibilities. When Casey continued his dance of deceiving and ignorning, Duane decided to go public.

Casey Serin's brother, Steve Serin, popped up next in a Friday Night Fraudcast. Like Duane LeGate, the guy was obviously trying to rattle his older brother in an attempt to have Casey Serin realize just how desperate his life had really become.

LossMitPro (Mark Villasenor in the real world) started to dance on the dark side after Casey Serin went into supporterz-ignore mode with him. As his moniker suggests, this loss mitigation specialist was working with Casey to get the half-million or so in outstanding payments down to manageable nuggets.

Like all who came before him, Casey Serin fucked this supporter as well. And apparently the new affiliation with Marty Stewart and his vague threats of lawsuits, DMCA complaints, et al, have sent Mark Villasenor into seizures of glee.

Because Mark Villasenor has always seemed to want to have a good fight with someone. And the Marty Stewart-Casey Serin posturing provided him with a great opportunity to flex some legal muscle.

Mr. Villasenor fired off an "I dare you" letter to Casey Serin and Marty Stewart. In essence, it's a response to the copyright claim that the dynamic dumbasses are making in regard to Casey Serin's "brain dump" recordings. Mark Villasenor counters that they are in fact evidence of Casey Serin's multiple crimes, and because of that cannot be copyrighted.

Giving both Casey Serin and Marty Stewart the big middle finger, Mark reposted the recordings for "public inspection." It had been theorized that "LossMitPro" was working, not for Casey Serin, but for his lenders, to ensure that Sercasey did indeed pay his debts. The message on Mark's company website confuses that theory.

What Mark Villasenor has said is that he's chomping at the bit for Casey Serin, Marty Stewart or the combination to sue him. He even says that if they don't sue him that he may initiate a case himself.

While this sounds, and perhaps is, a bit fucking crazy, it seems that Mr. LossMitPro is calling what appears to be a huge bluff. Casey Serin has too much to hide, and sitting through depositions would not only require him to travel back to California from his little hideout in Australia, it would force him to reveal, under oath, the details of all the shady dealings he's been doing for the past year and a half. Perhaps longer.

It's an incredibly interesting twist in the Casey Serin saga. And it will be crazy to see it all play out. Certainly, Marty Stewart may have lost some of his plucky backtalk as the week ends.

While I have no first-hand knowledge, I've heard it said over the past year that if you save the cheerleader, you save the world. I don't know if this is true or not, but one thing long-time "haterz" do know--it really is harder than it looks to keep a cheerleader on Team Casey Serin.

First!

Hah, love the title. But Casey does have a few cheerleaders yet (read: Mocha and Tavington). I'm sure the Supporterz-cast today ought to bring them all out of the woodwork. If they're able to listen through M's rants, that is.

ASPETH,

I did not really have YOU in particular in my radar as one of the prominent true Casey Haterz. So I never felt the need to post on your site before. But someone just told me about this post you have up and I was forced to check it out and respond.

By the way..."you better ask somebody"...my posts are always titled MOCHA...unless someone is posing as me (which they have before). I have absolutely NOTHING to fear in haterz blogs by posting as "anonymous" or whatever. When I have something to say...I want it to be known that it is me...MOCHA!

Anyway, in reponse to your post above...since I have been labeled as a "Casey supporter" or "cheer leader" as you put it. I want you to know that where I come from...we DO NOT stab (those we once called friends or close associates) in the back. Casey knows that I am not necessrily thrilled about allllllll his moves but If and when I have any problems with Casey's actions(which are really none of my damn business by the way)...I will address Casey Serin himself. If you take off your haterz shades for a sec you will see that he is quite open to "constructive criticism."

MOCHA is actually more like a character I play online...but the "real life" person behind MOCHA does not need to be liked by people who front as "normal" people in the real world but show their true colors as hateful and vindictive mutha fuckas in the "cyber world." Is it because they can hide behind anonymity? Why don't they come forward and stand behind their actions with their real names? You know very well that many of these cowards would NEVER even devuldge their "hateful" maneuvers to their "real life" families/friends/significant others who will definitely have a problem with it, if they knew that they were capable of such evil acts against another human being. I am not talking about the occasional photoshop pic, satire or riddicle. I am talking about going to lengths to stand in the way of a man earnestly trying to provide for his family...defamation of character of people just because they associate with Casey...being a significant participant in the possible dissolution of the marriage of a young couple and his alienation from his own family. etc. etc. Just because he did not listen to teir advice or acts irresponsibly??? Who made them all of a sudden "responsible" for Casey Serin??? Read the blog and if you don't like what you read go to the next fucking blog dammit.

Anyway, just so you know, "hateful" haterz (not the critics)...I will NEVER be included in a post such as the one ASPETH has up now because I will NEVER...EVER...EVER... kiss ass just to be liked...either by Casey, Haterz, critics, supporterz or anyone for that matter, real or virtual. So keep making fun of what you think I am...gay, tranny, guy, girl, ghetto...whatever! I know what I am and "its all good"!

Mocha, enough with the Casey-loving diatribes. You show up to the party late and then try to get all up in the kool-aid without even knowing what flavor it is.

How 'bout you start at the beginning... oh, around September '06, and keep reading until you get to today. THEN comment.

Until then, don't go away mad. Just go away. We're over you. You're insignificant. Entertaining, for sure.... but absolutely insignificant.

Anonymous said...

Last sentence, out of context, Mocha said:

"I am ... gay, tranny ... I know what I am and it's all good!"

Well, that puts all speculation to rest. :-)

If you take off your haterz shades for a sec you will see that he is quite open to "constructive criticism."

Mocha, how much of IAFF have you actually read?

Casey's been offered constructive criticism from Day 1. By the boatload. He's ignored pretty much all of it, even that offered by Nigel, who for a long time occupied the "Casey's biggest supporter" throne that you're now occupying.

The only advice that he did take on board was Tim from MBA's suggestion that he build a spreadsheet of his overall liabilities. And even then, it took a month of constant prodding from Tim to achieve this.

You've arrived late to the party and all you see is a hard-done-by kid who made some bad decisions and is under seige by a legion of haterz.

That's not the full story. Casey is responsible for his situation today; his fraudulent actions and his self-deluded mindset brought him there. Casey's blind self-belief has led him to mistake after mistake. He will not take criticism. He will not take advice. He will inevitably burn you if you become associated with him.

Anonymous said...

That one really needs to be included in a CaseyPedia entry.

Once again, I'll repeat:

Marty does not want lots of light shining on his endeavors either.

Random House and Godaddy.com both have potential copyright suits againt him if they want to bother, and if something taking advantage of their copyrighted names shows up in the national media they will feel compelled to respond, if they don't already. Registering all his domain names by proxy will not help Marty. In fact, all it will help demonstrate to a judge why he has made himself unreachable and unavailable to resolve the matter.

And Casey could have problems too. Starbucks doesn't like having their logo used by others for commercial purposes. So long as IAFF was just a personal journal, not a moneymaking scheme in itself, Casey was probably in the clear. Now that he has admitted it's a commercial enterprise, he has to deal with the same restrictions any other business does. I suspect he doesn't have Starbucks' permission for the many obviously staged photos like this one.

He's deleted some of the older ones, but if he should contiue associating himself with their brand without permission, they'll get sick of him too.

Non-pros are so... unprofessional.

ogg,

If you were Random House, how would you feel about this?

And if you were one of the Bertelsmann/Random House lawyers, who was given the opportunity to have a little fun with murseboi and martyboi, or alternately to work on some complicated ip licensing deal with somebody who knew what they were doing, which job do you think you'd prefer to spend a bit of time on? I know which one I'd be lobbying for.

GoDaddy, because martyboi's business name is obviously designed to create confusion as to his association with them. Their business spaces are close enough that it could stick even if martyboi could afford a good lawyer, which he can't.

Hey MOCHA.... Glad that you are giving us your real name and being up front.

I have always posted under my real name, and am not hiding behind anything and I can't believe that you are as intelligent as you say you are and still falling for Casey's "lack of smart and legal productive behaviour"

now on to your statements:
*I am talking about going to lengths to stand in the way of a man earnestly trying to provide for his family...
--- What do you you mean "earnestly trying to provide"? Should we compare him to the pickpocket on the side of the street? how about the bum standing at the street corner? or better yet, they guy that shoplifts at Walmart since everyone one else does it?

*defamation of character of people just because they associate with Casey...
-- some has obviously been in good fun, some taken a little bit too far but still the saying goes "you are who you associate with" ..enough said.

*being a significant participant in the possible dissolution of the marriage of a young couple and his alienation from his own family.
-- Casey is doing that all by himself. No one that is looking out for Casey and has NO PERSONAL INTEREST IN PROFITING has tried to engineer anything other than clearing the BS out of the way.

*Just because he did not listen to teir advice or acts irresponsibly??? Who made them all of a sudden "responsible" for Casey Serin???

-- Have you not noticed that the "haterz" do not profit from anything that is associated with Casey? But they still offer advice. Name me 5 suggestions that Casey followed that were offered by the haterz? I think the big one is "LIVE IN A HOUSE", or how about "CALL YOUR CREDITORS", or maybe the easiest "OPEN YOUR MAIL"

I have posted in my name, YOUR TURN!!

I've been trying to decide whether Mocha is a clueless yet ardent supporterz™ or a particularly artful troll. That last comment settles it. Nobody who's played the haterz™ so effectively thus far would drop something as clumsy and obvious as calling out anonymous posters while posting anonymously.

Clueless it is.

T and Lawnmower Man...excellent points, and ones that I've been trying to say for months now. The "Casey Serin Primer" was designed for the newbies who came into the fray, to get them up to speed before postulating theories and asking a million questions.

Mocha...we've been through this before. You can bitch all you want that you've never posted before, but IP addresses and the excessive use of quotation marks proves otherwise. This might come as news, but no one is coveting your life "in the 313" dearheart, where a house is cheaper than a car. You are so two weeks ago. Good luck with your next incarnation.

T...Back to the book...it paints an incredible picture of what it was like to live just a couple of centuries ago. It IS dry in spots, and I hope you'll remember that when I wholeheartedly recommend two other (not dry on spots) books for you to read!!!!!!!!!

As an aside, I'm exhausted at this point. Left early today to head off sailing with some friends. Will recuperate for a day before we sail back Sun. Amazing how exhausting it can be to be out in the sun and open sea after not doing it for so long! Of course, presence of the laptop is proof that I haven't escaped work entirely, so let's hope for a fairly peaceful day tomorrow.

If one is unfortunate enough to have a Casey-esque complexion, the worst part about being in the sun and sea after an extended hiatus is ending up with messed up sunburns/tans despite the SPF level (and I make sure to block both UVA and UVB). For example, I have one moderately tan arm and one white arm.
I thought there was a hole in the ozone layer in the Australia vicinity. How the hell can Casey still look like Snow White in his photos?

As much as I hate to duck a compliment, the fact is that I've been exposed to far less Mocha than a lot of people. The last haterzcast was probably the first time I'd encountered her directly.

I seldom go to IAFF any more, and as real life intrudes I'm less and less able to keep on top of EN. These days I pretty much rely on the other "hater boards" to keep me up to date.

The 103 fever finally broke, but am still sick as hell. I've decided that "flu" is not an appropriate term for such an illness. I'm stealing the term "petit mort" or "little death" from the french. Such a term should not apply to orgasms, in my book.

@Is Galina Serin Innocent? from EN...can't take the trolls anymore, so wanted to say this here. I just wanted to make the distinction on EN after getting some pissy emails over the weekend. While pissy emails are nothing new, I couldn't figure out what the hell I was supposed to be defending myself about, particularly when I was on a boat when the dialogue was supposed to have taken place. Other than that, I'm glad you like the posts and hope that you'll continue to be amused over here.

Akubi said...

103 fever?!
Are you sure you don't have an ear infection? Ever since I was a kid, I've been prone to them - generally due to swimming or flying - and even if my ear doesn't necessarily hurt a high fever is the warning sign. Have you seen a Dr.? If so, did they check your ears?
Anyway, you have a companion in feeling like hell today - while it isn't quite comparable, I have a really bad migraine. To make matters worse, I walked right into a cabinet door (vision goes haywire in the left eye on these occasions so I keep it closed) and will probably have a black eye.

Anonymous said...

geez Aspeth!! 103!! that's insanely high... your immune system sure was working overtime. Hope you're feeling better!

@Akubi
Migraines are no fun... sorry to hear about the black eye. =(

Aspeth said...

Ugly fevers, indeed (102.7 and 103.1 to be exact). After that, I'm feeling worlds better (100 or so), but just went into the office for an afternoon meeting and I guess I look and sound like hell because they immediately turned me around and shooed me out the door! The nerve!!!

Akubi, I'm so sorry about the migraines. That's really a bitch to deal with.

Akubi said...

Well you should go home and have a Dr. check your ears! Did you go swimming when you went sailing? Not an MD, but it sure sounds like an ear infection to me.

Akubi said...

BTW, thanks notanoptimist.
Now that the meds are kicking in I'm feeling somewhat better and the black eye is almost artful enough to photograph. Thankfully, it's in upper eye, so it's looking like an overzealous application of eye shadow. Maybe I should walk my right eye into the cabinet to even things out;).

Anonymous said...

Thankfully, it's in upper eye, so it's looking like an overzealous application of eye shadow. Maybe I should walk my right eye into the cabinet to even things out;).

Ok, let's go through this one step at a time. Your black eye looks like an overzealous application of eye shadow. Therefore, if you really wanted to even it out you could do so with an an overzealous application of eye shadow to the other eye. And you're talking about walking it into a cabinet.

Has anyone ever mentioned that you're weird?

Get better, everyone.

@Ogg
I believe the key word was "like", as in "it's looking like an overzealous application of eye shadow." In order to achieve the same degree of "oomph", I wholeheartedly support Akubi's idea of walking her right eye into the cabinet.

@Akubi
You are awesome.

BelowTheCrowd said...

Wow, 103 suggests that you were fighting off something nasty. In a wilderness situation (which includes a boat offshore) I'd be demanding immediate efforts towards evacuation to real medical care, though I'd probably be handing you some antibiotics "under the table" as it were.

Not necessarily an ear or any other one thing. Lots of things can get infected while boating. We've had our share of red tides lately and those can contain all sorts of stuff that could make you feel horrible.

Glad to hear you're at least somewhat better.
